QiGong is a meditative movement practice with ancient Chinese roots which is both relaxing and invigorating. It helps heal aching joints, improve mood, lower blood pressure, alleviate anxiety and reduce stress. Class focus is on the 18 Lohan Hands, a beautiful, dance-like form passed down from the Shaolin Temple. Class ends with meditation to soothe your soul.
