Come explore the many health benefits of QiGong in this series of twelve classes. This ancient Chinese form of exercise, similar to tai chi, is both invigorating and relaxing! You will be introduced to the 18 Lohan Hands — a fluid, moving meditation handed down from the Shaolin Temple. Please bring a mat and water.
