Come join us as we learn and perfect the 18 Lohan Hands form! Movements are slow and gentle, allowing an inner awareness to develop.

FITNESS FUSION

This class introduces you to the healing arts of Qigong, yoga and meditation. Qigong is a moving meditation that is both relaxing and invigorating! Yoga increases strength and flexibility. Meditation allows you to clear your mind and improve concentration. This program is running through the Cold Spring Harbor Library. To register, go to their website.
