This 12 week series introduces you to the 18 Lohan Hands form, passed down from the Shaolin Temple in ancient China. Qigong, similar to tai chi, is a slow, moving meditation that allows your inner awareness to develop. We will work on simple qigong walks and warm ups, learn the beginning of the 18 Lohan Hands form and do some floor work to build strength and stability. Class will end with meditation.
