QIGONG
Relaxing and invigorating, QiGong (pronounced chee kung) is similar to tai chi in that it is a meditative movement practice designed to help clear your mind and body of stress and anxiety. Come learn the 18 Lohan Hands, an ancient Chinese form handed down from the Shaolin Temple.

FITNESS FUSION
Introducing the disciplines of yoga, qigong and meditation, this class is the perfect place for beginners. Experienced practitioners will also benefit by brushing up on the basics. Increase, strength, stamina and flexibility.
