QiGong is a series of simple exercises designed to relieve the body of stress and anxiety. It increases strength and flexibility and lifts your spirits! We will work on the 18 Lohan Hands, a form handed down from the Shaolin Temple in China. Beginners welcome! Sign up in person at the library.

Introducing the disciplines of yoga, qigong and meditation, this class is the perfect place for beginners! Experienced students will also benefit by brushing up on the basics. Sign up is on the Cold Spring Harbor School District website. Click on community. Then click on community education and the brochure will come up. Mail in registration and payment.
